This Privacy Policy applies to www.mosaiccreativecounseling.com and Mosaic Creative Counseling, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.mosaiccreativecounseling.com. The Company's website is a Mental Health Counseling Practice site. By using the Company website you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

 In order to better provide you with services and products available, the Company may collect personally identifiable information such as: 

• First and Last Name
• Age
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Relevant Mental Health Concerns
• Family Names such as spouse or children if seeking services on their behalf

If you pursue services with Mosaic Creative Counseling, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete purchase transaction. 

We only collect personal details and information that you voluntarily provide to us. However you may be asked to provide certain personal information when you elect to use our products or services. This information is used for the operation of the services. to maintain quality of the services and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the company's website.

However we are NOT able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is:

• Recorded in our client health record, as we are ethically mandated to client client files for a certain number of years as written in Florida Statute
• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive fraudulent or illegal activity. or prosecute those responsible for that activity
• Comply with Florida Statute
• Comply with legal matters

This company takes minor privacy very seriously. Any accounts made on behalf of a minor will involve parental consent. The company collects personally identifiable information about children under the age of 13 for the purposes of providing services that a legal guardian consents to. 

Occasionally the company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations of scheduling, surveys and/or other general communications. In order to improve our services we may receive a notification when you open an email from the company of click on a link. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the company, you may opt out of such communications by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of emails. We may store your data on third party platforms that we have contracted with. Including by not limited our HIPPA compliant electronic health record, HIPPA compliant email system, HIPPA compliant client relations management software, etc.
