The Enneagram is a personality assessment that explains an individuals motivations, basic desires, fears, tendencies and preferences.
Unlike other personality frameworks, the Enneagram provides depth and tangible steps toward personal growth and intentional self improvement. Using the Enneagram in therapy can promote deep self discover and enrich the counseling process.
The Enneagram can be thought of like a person’s individual mosaic. Everyone has different pieces of shape, color, and size that makes them unique, but it is up to the person to learn how to put those pieces together to create the wonderful mosaic the pieces of their personality can become. At Mosaic Creative Counseling, we can help guide that process.
Enneagram Therapy sessions can be scheduled for adults, spouses, parents, college students and partners. Because the Enneagram is a personality inventory, it is not effective with children or young adolescents due to their continually developing personality. A typical enneagram therapy session:
At Mosaic, enneagram therapy sessions are facilitated by a Credentialed Enneagram Professional who is also a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. Enneagram Therapy can address a variety of presenting issues including all the previously mentioned issues for Counseling or Couples Therapy. No enneagram education or prior research is required, just a willingness to engage!
TELETHERAPY? In response to the COVID19 crisis, Mosaic is completely equipped to engage in teletherapy for any client upon request. Teletherapy is HIPPA compliant and simple. A confidential email will be sent to clients with a link to a video conference appointment. This can be accessed via desktop, laptop, tablet and even smartphone!
