This group is for high school girls who are ready to engage in the mind-body connection that intentionally focuses on wellness.
Would you like your teen to feel more confident in who they are? Do you want to see your teen build healthy habits for adulthood? On Friday afternoons, we are hosting a 10 week support group. Teens will engage in a calming yoga flow specific for mental health incorporating movement and mindfulness. Before and after each flow, there will be opportunity for the group of girls to support each other and connect. Teens will walk away with improved self esteem, increased self compassion, more positive thinking, and healthy habits. Spots are limited, fill out a referral form or schedule a consultation call to see if this is the right fit for your teen today!

Does your student attend Cornerstone Learning Community?
This group is for students of Cornerstone Learning Community who would benefit from a creative outlet, social support, guided coping skills, and emotional skill.
Would you like your student to get more comfortable with expressing themselves? Do you want to see your student build healthy coping skills and language for their emotions? On Cornerstone campus, we are hosting a weekly art therapy support group. Students will engage in art making and creativity while they learn to identify their emotions, practice self regulation, support thier fellow peers. Students will walk away with improved self esteem, increased self compassion, more positive thinking, and healthy habits.
