This series is for adults who are ready to engage in the mind-body connection that intentionally focuses on wellness.
Are you looking for more than just exercise? Have you been craving more insight and awareness about yourself? Join us on Wednesday evenings for a journey of mental wellness. This 5 week yoga series will take you through a calming yoga flow specific for mental health incorporating movement and mindfulness. Before and after each flow, there will be opportunity to participate in experiential learning about mental wellness and connection to the present. Spots are limited, reserve yours today!
