Mosaic offers group supervision for aspiring mental health counselors. These groups are facilitated by our Qualified LMHC Supervisor.
Group supervision offers peer support, a variety of clinical perspectives, and networking opportunities. During group supervision at Mosaic, clinicians will staff their cases, learn about ethics, find peer support, and get creative interventions and tools to use with clients. Our supervision groups are facilitated by a Qualified Licensed Mental Health Counseling Supervisor who is also a Registered Art Therapist, which allows our supervision groups to pair solid clinical foundations with creativity and unique approaches.
Tallahassee Florida LMHC Qualified Supervision, Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
Supervision groups are limited to 3- 6 individuals, which help us ensure we are balancing helpful dialogue with meeting individual needs.
Group supervision can only account for 50% of a registered intern’s required supervision hours and is not required. So many clinicians ask why should I do group supervision? Group supervision has many benefits.
Group supervision costs $70 per clinician per supervision hour.
Mosaic Creative Counseling has an established a network of Qualified Supervisors in the Tallahassee area who provide individual supervision. We fostered these professional connections to collaborate and help our supervisees learn from other highly trained clinicians in the area. Our goal is to help supervisees gain a diverse and rich clinical experience during their supervision journey and we want to help them with this.
We are currently offering in person supervision groups held in Tallahassee, FL at our 2931 Kerry Forest Parkway Location in Suite 202. If you would like to participate virtually, let us know, but we will need to monitor the Florida Board’s expectations for group supervision.
We are currently offering supervision groups at 8am on Fridays. This allows most of our clinicians who participate to arrange their work schedule accordingly. However, if you are interested and in need of a different time, please contact us as we may have others requesting another time as well. We are open to other options.
Our monthly emails are full of mental health tips, upcoming wellness events, and relevant information on creative wellness. Whether or not you are ready for therapy, our email list can help give practical ways to find balance in life, improve relationships, boost creativity and spread information about resources available to you.
