This 5 week Yoga series is for adults who are ready to engage in the mind-body connection that intentionally focuses on mental wellness. Participants will experience a calming yoga flow with poses specifically designed for mental health but also experiential learning about mental wellness.
This series is unlike any other in Tallahassee because it beautifully combines the world of yoga with mental health. The yoga and mental health fields have been separately working to solve the same problem. But in this series, our facilitators are trained yoga teachers who are also credentialed mental health therapists. Participants will spend intentional time resetting their nervous system, experiencing calm, and walk away with the practical skills and knowledge to actually improve their mental health.
Each 5 week series is different than the last, so if you've participated before, you can keep learning from these series. Spots are limited, reserve yours today!
Our Yoga for Mental Health Series is limited to 10 participants and typically sell out fast! So book yours today! $125 for all 5 weeks. That is only $25 per 1.5 hour class!

Join us on Monday evenings for a journey of yoga for mental wellness. This 5 week yoga for mental health series will take you through a calming yoga flow specific for mental health incorporating movement and mindfulness. Before and after each flow, there will be opportunity to participate in experiential learning about mental wellness and connection to the present. We limit our classes to 10 participants in person in Tallahassee Florida, so spots are limited and sell our quickly.
